On several of our computers we encounter the same problem when using webstart. We have our own webstart file, so we also tested the Webstart button on the Visokio site. Both result in the following problem.

When clicking on the launch button, we are redirected to the java download site. Computers that have this problem hava Java 8 update 31 installed.

Please advise on what to do? Is there a new jar file available?

By the way, we are aware of problems and warnings within Omniscope using Java 8, but we would expect Omniscope to open.
