Export: Image Quality when copying views as screenshot images?

Is there a way to improve the image quality when copying a view as an image to paste into PowerPoint?

I have tried maximising the view I am interested in so its the only view on the tab, then File > Export to PowerPoint, changing the Advanced settings to get a higher DPI... however, when I print it, it restores the view I maximised to its original size and prints all the views rather than just the one I want. (I hope that makes sense).

    Thanks

If you only want to copy a screenshot of a single maximised view, rather than the entire multi-view, multi-tabbed IOK file, you should use the Copy as Image View Toolbar command for that single (maximised) view:

Tools (blue spanner) > Admin > Copy View as Image

You can enhance legibility of text in the screenshot by Zooming up the size of the fonts:

    Settings {Application-wide} Zoom

Remember to check that the paper printer is set to Hi-res image/Photographic mode, rather than draft mode, ink saver mode, etc. etc.
