Idea: Pivot View-white space and total in one row? (Pivot View 2)

Hi All,
I have a pivot table displayed using Pivot View version 2 with splits on the vertical axes of 3 fields. The lay-out of the view is far from optimal, with a lot of white spaces in between the rows.
Next to that, I cannot create a single row with the sum of all values above.
I would like to invite you to a screen share in order to show the problem. Hope to hear soon.Thanks!

Has any progress been made on this? I didn't find an ideas topic for this and would like to see this implemented.
