Formulae: Turn off "common functions" filtering?

When I create an aggregate of field entry block, each filter has a drop down with a list of functions. However, it almost never shows the functions I want - I have to toggle "common functions" to "all functions". How do I turn off this annoying "feature" once and for all so that it just shows me all functions all the time?
