Web Server: dashboard loads after switching tabs?

    Hi there

    When we open a mobile dashboard on a tablet, a new tab opens but the dashboard doesn't. Only after opening another (existing) tab and returning to our dashboard tab, the dashboard opens immediately.

    Any idea what the solution might be?

    Hi Arjan,

    Could you please send us an IOK file which demonstrates this problem?

    (Easiest way to send a file is to "Report a Problem" from the Help menu in Omniscope Desktop; then check the "send file to Visokio" checkbox.)
