I notice that Omniscope has the capability to apply to all tabs when a change is made in one tab.

For instance I have 2 parent tabs (A & B):

And Parent A tab has 3 sub-tabs and B has 4 sub-tabs.

Is it possible for any changes made in B's sub-tab to be apply to all sub-tabs in B without affecting A?
