Export: disabling 'Export view data' for some users?

Hi
Can you advise if its possible to disable the "Export View Data" function for some users (either by making a different report or by Password rights)? We are getting a good handful of new end users, and we will like to make sure the new end-users dont get to export any data at all to Excel.
Is this possible? Please advise with some instructions.

You can use 'owner locking' (one of the security options) to prevent anyone from editing the file, or exporting the data in any way.
