Ariel - That is a question best addressed to Gartner. They have many coverage/inclusion criteria you would not expect, and leading-edge technology, client responsiveness etc. are not necessarily major factors for them. They are more interested in availability of consultants, and broad revenue base. In other words, Enterprise-proven solutions, not the hottest new applications/architectures which offer potential competitive advantage.
We are a private company with no outside investors and we do not disclose our revenues, so Gartner et. al. have no way of knowing how big we are. Because not much implementation, integration or consultancy help is needed to use Omniscope, Gartner don't see lots of adverts looking for Omniscope contractors and this also skews their understanding and coverage priorities.
If/when enough paying subscribers ask them, they will eventually be forced to cover Omniscope...by which time it will be better than ever...
