Hi...Users of the Brandwatch connector in Omniscope may recently have found they are having trouble downloading report data. This has been caused by some changes made to the API by Brandwatch. We are currently in discussion with Brandwatch about these issues and we should be able to provide more information shortly. In the meantime it appears that the "Mentions" report no longer works, however other reports do still provide data.

Brandwatch are looking to release a new API shortly, so we may hold off any major changes until then. Once the new API has been released we will update the connector. Please let us know if you have any additional requirements/ideas for the Brandwatch connector. For example, are there any additional reports you'd like to see? We will try to integrate as many ideas as possible.
