We have detected in Facebook connector, in wall posts report, the column "Like Count" is empty. Others like "Share count" or "Comment Count" are correct. I attached screenshot.
Thanks for the info. It appears that Facebook have recently changed the structure of their data. We have now updated the Omniscope connector to reflect this structure, and "Like count" is now populating again. This fix will be available in tonight's Omniscope 2.8 release (b1068).
Please let us know if you spot any other problems.
There are other empty columns in the same report, like "Posted by user name" and "Impressions", but I don't know if it's can be caused by the same problem.
We have updated the Facebook connector in Omniscope 2.9. This will be available shortly. I can see "Posted by user name" data, however I can't see impressions. According to the Facebook documentation this will only be showin if you have the read_insights extended permission.
