Web Start: Viewer export from enabled IOK files?

When exporting from a view in 2.8 web start with 'allow export' turned on, you are unable to select a 'save as type' so the only way you can do it is from 'File' -> 'Export'

Alex - is this about Web Start deployment? If so, the Omniscope displaying the file is a free Viewer, which can only export csv from the sandbox...and can do that only if the IOK file is an 'empowered' IOK file owned/saved/published by a ServerPlus license. Is this the scenario you are asking about?

Will post separate issue, sorry.

Yes it is Web start, owned and published from a ServerPlus license.

The issue is when trying to export as csv from a view (tools-> export view data)

Can you tell me which version of WebStart you are using?

Alex, sorry I meant the full version of the build 2.8 bxxx.

There was an issue recently issue with Export view data in WebStart/free Viewers which was fixed from build 929 onwards.

I have just tested build 935 and it works fine for me. Can you ensure you are using the most recent version.

If it is still failing, can you send your file to support[at]visokio.com.
