Merge/Join: Many to One and rows matched don't tally?

    Hi There,

    Can somebody please explain why field 2 says 100% match but below is take says 202 records are not matched?? Am I missing something here? (screen shot attached) please guide me..?

    Based on the image only, I would assume that 27% of the 925 values in the "Field organiser 11" set were used to create many : 1 match, in which all 709 values from the second data set found their match.
