Deployment: Web Start Viewer fonts- Mac vs PC?

Good Morning - I'm trying to use a specific font that is not one of 4 fonts used by default, and even though the font works well in the Desktop and Full viewer edition, it doesn't work with the Online Universal version. Any reason why this would be?

Can you please answer the following questions:
- please confirm which font did you try to use?
- are you running WebStart on the same machine (where the file was created and where the font worked)?
- are you opening the file from the Omniscope Welcome page or is WebStart programmed to open the file automatically?
- which OS are you using?
- are you using file fonts or Application fonts?
You can also send us the file and JNLP file to examine. -
Managed to fix it. The problem was the font name was different on the 2 platforms. On Windows, it came as Arvil Regular where on the Mac, it showed up as Arvil. So by recreating the report on Windows, the file opened properly with the current font using WebStart.
