    The KnowledgeBase documentation at:

    http://www.visokio.com/kb/windows-service

    references "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Visokio Omniscope app".

    However, after installing 2.8-alpha b473, I do not see that path. I have:

    C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Visokio

    as my only path related to Visokio.

    Can you check if you installed Omniscope for All Users? In that case the path will be "c:\program files (x86)\Visokio Omniscope"

    That explains it. We host Omniscope desktops on terminal servers and have users with individual account license keys to get around memory issues on their own machines. Most of our data sets are very large so memory issue abound on the local desktops.
