Version 2.8: Annotation options?

Hi Team - We had an Annotation option under the Style in version 2.7 but could not find in 2.8 version?
Can anyone of you could help me how to find this option in 2.8?

For consistency, from 2.8, titles and annotations are now called headers and footers in both the Style menu (for the entire tab/page) and in each view's Tools menu under "Style" (per-view headers/footers) - but they're the same feature.
