Dial View: Dynamic Targets in Dials?

Is there any way to set a dynamic target on the dials view and ranges? Also, is it possible to add a formula to the dials value. I have tried using a formula field but I can't seem to force it to use the formula result. This is quite important when the field is an percentage and thus a sum etc. is not applicable. - Thanks

I have figured out the formula result on the dials by using aggregation. This works but is there a way of setting a dynamic target/zones?
