Mon - You can always use a second formulae field to 'bucket' each row by quarters, then aggregate/split by the formulae field specifying which quarter each row is in.

The Bar/Line View will allow you to Split by a histogramed aggregations/splits of Date/Time fields using Fit to screen > Fixed interval size and setting the interval to 3 months, but this will not correspond to calendar quarters, just arbitrary 3 month periods of time.
