Import: Com error reading from a spreadsheet?

Was just adding a new spreadsheet to an existing view and got a "error reading worksheet" message which said there was a COM exception. It is odd because I follow this process every month to add a new spreadsheet. Although the new angle is that I'm now using Windows 7. Has anyone else seen this type of problem ?

Hi,

What version of Omniscope are you using? Please ensure you are using the latest version of 2.6 or 2.7.

If you are still encountering problems would it be possible to post or send us the spreadsheet that is causing this problem? Either post it on this forum, or if you prefer send it to support'AT'visokio.com.
