Sorting in tables with grouping

When using a table that is grouped on a specific field, and using a grouping value function of "unique value count" to sort the entire result set by the value count? Right now, when I sort on the value count, it seems to sort within the group, not the broader table.

Greg, this is not currently possible to do what you are trying to achieve using Grouping functionality of Table view.
However, you may be able to achieve what you are trying to do using Aggregation by following the steps below:
1) Aggregate by the field you are grouping by currently.
2) Choosing "Unique value count" as the function for the field you want to sort by.
3) From the Table view toolbar, sort by the field in step 2 above.
