Setting range values in the bar or chart view

    Hi.

I am trying to create a graph to show the number of patients seen by doctors in different regions and institutions. I would like to be able to set my own ranges i.e. 1-20, 21-40, 41-80, >80. I can't seem to find anywhere where you can set these ranges - I am only allowed fixed range sizes.

In addition to this, I would like to show the results in percentage of doctors not absolute values, which does not seem possible in the chart view.

In the bar view I can select the 100% bars but the axis doesn't change to reflect %.

I would be grateful for any help.

    Thanks.

I made a guess at what the data could look like and how you can define the ranges.

What you can do is classify the numbers in a separate field using an if command, then use that category field to set up the ranges you want.

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks! That looks like a good solution and a nice easy if command.

    I will try it out.
