Idea: Security - Restricting tab access via passwords?

Hi Team, - Can specific Tabs be restricted to only certain groups of people, using different passwords to hide some tabs and impose other restrictions, rather than delivering two different versions of Report files to members of different groups?

You can only password protect the whole file, and once the correct password has been entered the file opens. There is currently no way to password protect individual tabs.

Do you want to password protect a particular tab and then on clicking the tab prompting user to enter password

OR

Do you want to show different tabs depending on the password they enter to open the file?

Can you clarify?

Want to show different tabs depending on the password they enter to open the file.
So that same file can be send to differnt users with restricted tabs.

Thanks for clarifying, this is not currently possible. I have marked this as an idea, please vote for it, if you would like us to implement it in a future release of Omniscope.
