Sort by stack %age in bar view

Is it possible to have the option to sort a 100% stacked bar view by the size of one of the stacks?

Please post an example IOK file. I need to know your configuration, e.g. measures, splits, etc.

Not sure exactly what you mean. Can you describe in terms of the example file? Here are the relevant options to experiment with:
Tools > Order
Tools > Alignment / Empty data buckets
