Not to be confused with the Universal undo/redo idea which refers to the ability for a publisher to undo actions like changing settings or deleting tabs.

What should constitute a "navigation" action as opposed to a "configuration" action? Opening tabs? Changing the filters within a tab? Selecting within a view in a tab?
