Automatic Refresh pop up - free Viewer?

Hi guys. We publish some data in Omniscope and some of our customers have access to this data using the free Viewer.
One of them has sent us an email to say he's getting a message "Automatic refresh - You must purchase a license to use Automatic Refresh any longer. If you already have a license, you may need to refresh your activation".

This is a very confusing thing for our clients. Why are they getting this message? can we stop this from happening?

Automatic data refresh isn't available in the free viewer unless you have a ServerPlus license and are using an IOK source or are configured to "reload file" automatically.

What is the data source configuration for the file? I would like to ensure this prompt is correct.

You should be able to suppress this in the file being published by disabling Data > Automatic refresh.

Ah OK that's fine then. The datasource is an Access db, but data shouldn't be refreshed automatically. We will upload a new file to our website when we're ready and notify them so they can download it. I can see the option to disable automatic refresh, that's cool.
