File security: Option to export views as an image from an owner-locked file

Currently the owner locking option also stops the ability of others to capture views as a re-usable image and only allows for printing. Could the option to capture view as an image be allowed or at least a way for me to activate this whilst still be able to owner-lock the file (probably a tick box in the save options to enable image captures)?
