We have it installed but can't work out how to get the default port bound to the correct port number. At the moment we have to use the syntax https://mysevber.com:portnum where we really just want users to go to https://myserver.com.

Can you change the selection click behaviour when using Omniscope? I know that you can select data by clicking and also change this from Selection to "Show details", but is there a way of only selecting 1 bit of data?

i.e. when you click 1 bar on a bar chart, it highlights blue. If you click again on another bar, it de-selects the original and selects the new bar?

I am doing a relatively simple bar diagram to show the expected change in use of a substance in the next 6 months.
Each record (doctor) has a number which can be positive to show an increase or negative to show a decrease in use.
I have taken the mean value without any weight to show the overall expected change.

However, here is the problem - the positive values are being calculated and the average taken and it appears as if the negative values are being calculated separately. This means I have one doctor with a -50% and his value is shown as -50% whilst the other 13 doctors have positive values where the mean of all their values is taken at 27%.

I now have a total value of -22.9%, which is not correct. I have tried aggregating but can't seem to get rid of the -50%.

Am I overlooking something?

For one of our clients we developed a dashboard. The dashboard has a limited dataload, yet the performance is less then we expected. Tabs are taking several minutes to load, and filterings need more time to load as well.

I would like to know what the cause is of this lack of performance. Hope you can help me investigating this issue.

Unfortunately the Atlas connector will no longer work from the end of March. This is because of the move from Microsoft to Facebook. We are hoping to update the connector to support the new API in the next few weeks. Is it possible to insert an background image in some views (ex : in a pie view). I sometimes insert an image (only one color), to color the background. But it is not possible in Table View... and it would be better to select a color directly in the menu.

The comma separated unique values displayed in those columns are being auto-sorted which is misaligning the sequence of values & potentially misrepresenting the list value mapping. Could I prevent this sorting of the unique-value-lists?

I get an error in one of our schedulers. The error is "DUMP BUG HANDLER Header Foutrapport Message Unable to re-parse: time -262800000 s 196901 f yyyyww"

This causes the batch output to skip files that needed to be generated. All PDF files that need to be published in this tasks are skipped.

Please advise asap.

I have some line charts with measures in the Y axis and dates running along the X axis. Unfortunately, there are a lot of dates, so even with minimum splits width within layout at its lowest setting, the Bar/Line charts don't fit on one screen (only just fits on three by scrolling).

I'd like to be able to demo these charts, and to be able to print them so that they display all on one page (currently if I print I get about 1/3 of it).

Graph views seem more suited to this, but I can't find a way to have two measures overlaid like I do in my attached file (let me know if there's a way).

The idea was to expand some of the groups on the first table and the others on the second table (in this way in both tables it is possible to read the total of each category - expanded or not - and the overall total).

Unfortunately it seems almost impossible to do this because when I choose the groups to expand on the first table, these are expanded also on the second one and when I change the expanded groups on the second table, these are expanded also on the first one.

The only way I was able to obtain two tables with different expanded groups was to change the order of the columns in one of the tables (as reported in fig.3 and fig.4). But if I return the copied table columns in the same order of the original table, the order 'magically' change again and the table return equals. Also changing the order of the original table as in the copied table, results in a grouping change.

When I have yes/no filters ticked on an Omniscope tab and then go to settings "Freeze Visible Fields".

Then I click on another tab and go back to the original tab the yes/no fields get converted to exclusions.

Why is this ?

On several of our computers we encounter the same problem when using webstart. We have our own webstart file, so we also tested the Webstart button on the Visokio site. Both result in the following problem.

When clicking on the launch button, we are redirected to the java download site. Computers that have this problem hava Java 8 update 31 installed.

Please advise on what to do? Is there a new jar file available?

When I publish to an Excel workbook using a DataManager block using the Omniscope route rather than the Excel Direct option, the resulting Excel file is smaller (which is good)

However, if I keep on publishing to the same file using Omniscope route the file size increases, when the data set has not changed.

Why is this ?
