If you need help using Omniscope...

First, search the website using the search box at the top right of the page. If you are unable to find an answer to your problem, please post a question in the support forums.  Visokio actively monitors these forums.

If you have a non-technical enquiry...

First, search the website using the search box at the top right of the page. If you are unable to find an answer to your question, please submit an enquiry.

If you have a feature suggestion...

First, search the website using the search box at the top right of the page. If you're sure it's a new idea, please post it in the support forums. If it has already been suggested in the support forums, feel free to vote for it by adding a comment.

If you think Omniscope is behaving incorrectly... 

First, make sure you are using the latest version:

  • Choose Help menu > Check for software updates now
  • Alternatively, check the Omniscope window titlebar to find out what version you have.  
  • Visit the download page to download the latest version.

If the problem persists, please post in the support forums or, if it's a private matter, submit a private support query.

If you are sure Omniscope is behaving incorrectly...

  • Choose Help menu > Check for software updates now
  • Alternatively, check the Omniscope window titlebar to find out what version you have.  
  • Visit the download page to download the latest version.

If the problem persists, please report using the error reporting system built into the Omniscope:

  • Choose Help menu > Error reporting > Report a problem.
  • Check that your name and email are correct
  • Describe the problem in detail
  • Click "OK" or "Send"
You should file an online error report if you are unable to send error reports from inside Omniscope. 

If Omniscope encounters an Application Error... 

First, always report new errors from within the error dialog:

  • In the Error dialog that appears, tick "Send report"
  • Check that your name and email are correct
  • Describe what happened and what you were doing in detail
  • Click "OK" or "Send"

You should file an online error report if you are unable to send error reports from inside Omniscope. After reporting, you should make sure you have the latest version, as the problem may have already been fixed:

  • Choose Help menu > Check for software updates now
  • Alternatively, check the Omniscope window titlebar to find out what version you have.  
  • Visit the download page to download the latest version.

If the installer fails...

Sometimes downloads are corrupted, so try downloading again.  If you are still unable to install Omniscope, please file an online error report with full details of the error messages you are seeing.
