We find that this can vary depending on if the report is in desktop or in mobile but principally we have situations where we would like to control what labels based on the two following scenarios:

- A data set has some very large and small values that we wish to display but they are all abbreviated as 'millions' rather than millions and then K's (see attached image)
- A customer request to tweak 'M' to 'MM' for example (http://www.accountingcoach.com/blog/what-does-m-and-mm-stand-for)

What are the break points for the number abbreviations changing from k (thousands) to M (millions). Sometimes you will see 6,765k. Is it 10 million? Are there any rules from changing from singles to thousands and so on?

Fields with dates and numbers are formatted according to the field settings and timezone in the IOK file.

For example, US billions are currently universally abbreviated by the symbol 'G'. I know there is a way around by dividing by 1000 and 1000000 retrospectively and then adding a suffix but this is a hassle.
