Situation: a Yes/No field that has [Filter type] = "list of Categories".

When changing the source file in DM, this field is changed and moved to the Yes/No fields tickboxes.
Normally this shouldn't be a problem, but in our case it is because it is a frozen field selection.
When moved to the Yes/No fields tickboxes it isn't frozen any more and our endusers receive a error message.

How can we solve this problem?

In the DataManager operations list, there is a nice operation: Field Filter, that can remove columns that have no values.

Is there a way that the Table View can do the same thing?

For example, I have 4 fields: Client, Max, Min, Med. Client B only have field "Max" populated. When client B is selected in the filters, the Table view would only display 2 columns: Client and Max.

It would hide/not display Columns Min and Med as there is nothing populated for the selected data subset.

Is this possible?

In the attached snippet, I have one project and three activities. The activities are, respectively, Red, Amber and Green. When I filter out the completed activity (Red), I was hoping to see the Project status change, as now there's only a Green and an Amber in play. That doesn't happen - the overall project status stays Red, even when I show only the open activity, which is Green.

Is there a way to make SUBSET() functions recalculate on just filtered data? Or am I going the wrong way about this?

I have no experience of using date fields and need help.

Specifically, I have various types of chemotherapy that have a start date and an end date.
I need to be able to determine in which quarter a specific chemo took place. And really need separate fields for each quarter a bit like yes/no fields, as I split my data by quarters.

EG a chemo started on 01.02.2014 and ended on 14.09.2014 would be categorised in Q1, Q2 & Q3 but not in
Q4.

I have looked at buckets but can't seem to get my head around it.

Can anyone help please??

When I tried to select a particular set of metrics for the graph and apply it to a particular view, it gets either gets applied to all the views in the tab or to that kind of view in all other tabs. In short, I am looking for an option where I could apply the filter settings to that particular view in that particular tab. Hope I have made the question clear. Could you please help to fix the problem that I face.

In a table view column "A" is the unique value count in a aggregation. Is there a possibility that I can filter on this newly generated value instead of the underlying values in the database?
