The feature is called tokenisation and you can select it in different locations:
• Data Manager>Field organiser>Field options
• Data Manager > Tokenise block, see video http://tc.visokio.com/videos/?name=DataManagerTokeniseDetokenise&title=Tokenise+%26amp%3B+de-tokenise&lang=gb
• Data>Manage fields > Field options >tokenised
• Data Explorer > Table view> right-click on the Field name >field options > tokenised

Here are few ideas how to visualise a similar scenario. Probably the best way to visualise multi-group belonging is the Venn view, which can be connected to other views to create an interactive story… Network view can also be useful - see the attached iok file.

Venn View: Venn diagram help? http://forums.visokio.com/discussion/2460/venn-view-venn-diagram-helps Wed, 29 Jan 2014 11:01:57 -0500 zcacrgw 2460@/discussions
Ways in which this could work might be:
- Select all rows with company x where company x has a row using "roaming". But I can't see how.
- Do an aggregate in the data manager view which created a table with the right data. Unfortunately, I only seem to be able to get one dataset into Omniscope at a time. This seems like a crazy restriction so I guess I'm missing something.]]>

Basket Analysis: finding category overlaps http://forums.visokio.com/discussion/1960/basket-analysis-finding-category-overlaps Fri, 21 Dec 2012 07:12:12 -0500 tgcrouch 1960@/discussions I have data at transactional level, where several transactions can form a single invoice. Assuming one invoice has 3 transactions with a different 'product group' (out of perhaps 10 available product groups), I would like to understand how many invoices contain which combinations of product groups. e.g.

invoice 1
trx1 - 3 apples = FRUIT product group
trx2 - 2 twix bars = SNACK product group

invoice 2
trx1 - 1 orange = FRUIT product group
trx2 - 1 newspaper = NEWSPAPER product group

invoice 3
trx1 - 1 apple = FRUIT product group
trx 2 - 3 mars bars = SNACK product group
trx 3 - 2 oranges = FRUIT product group

I would like to count how many invoices have both FRUIT and SNACK product groups, in this case the overlap should equal 2 (because invoices 1 and 3 have this combination). So far, I have managed to get the number of invoices for each of the product groups separately, but with no overlap between any of them (just 0 values).

Aggregation at invoice level doesn't seem to change anything.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!]]>
Venn View: view not displaying query data? http://forums.visokio.com/discussion/1826/venn-view-view-not-displaying-query-datas Thu, 11 Oct 2012 07:20:26 -0400 ZhouNan 1826@/discussions
On the contrary, for Bar/Line View, even if the filtered data is not the data defined in the Query, the Query data will be displayed no matter whether the result set is included in the filtered-in data set for the current tab or not.

In this case, in the tab, only the Venn diagram is using the filtered-out data. Does it mean that I need to create individual query for other diagrams on the tab to be able to use the Venn diagram; or there is any other better ways to achieve this?

Many Thanks!]]>

I'm currently working in the Venn view and would like to increase the size of the font of the data labels. I've had a look in tools but it doesn't seem to be located here as it is for other views. Does anyone know how to change the font size?

Thanks
