I'm trying to introduce a parameter, say "Sqlview" that is being used in the DataManager database source block to call a custom SQL view as follows:

select * from p = {{Sqlview}}

The problem we have is that when you give the variable type to the parameter and set it as text, in DM the variable is automatically written as:

select * from "my_table_name"

which returns an error because it should look like that:

select * from `my_table_name`

Introducing the correct symbols doesn't help (parameter enter as "`my_table_name`").

Is there any way to do that?

I need to create for a client a report that includes followable URL adresses (I mean, that if the text says "http://foo.com/bar.html" the text is clickable as a link) or at least selectable text when arranged the data in a table view. Is that possible?

I have tried maximising the view I am interested in so its the only view on the tab, then File > Export to PowerPoint, changing the Advanced settings to get a higher DPI... however, when I print it, it restores the view I maximised to its original size and prints all the views rather than just the one I want. (I hope that makes sense).

Is there any way to add a delay (or event wait) to allow the images to load, or alternatively, change the way I call them? We have been using the Google feed for some high-level MI on our web traffic via Google Analytics.

We have recently enabled UserID Web Tracking function in GA ( https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3123666?hl=en-GB )

I had a quick play around in the Omni Google feed block and couldn't find this functionality. First question is if this is something already available in Omniscope? Do you know of this function in GA and how Omniscope can be set up to utilise this UserID function?

I am getting a tech demo from our developers on Monday, so will get more info and functional understanding of the UserID functions/data extraction method in GA.

We sometimes use the email output block in DM. We have an issue with the text format. The email received contains symbols that do not exist in the dataset entering the email block.

Example: "€" comes out as "?"

Do you have any suggestion how we can adjust this?

When using 2.8, I can hide data titles using Toolbars -> Data titles -> Show/Hide (and they are hidden from my view), but they then still appear when deploying to browsers as HTML5. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Essentially, we want a duplicate of an IOK to be saved as an HTML5 file, so the client can choose how to view their file.

This option can be enabled from Desktop Edition or from the Server interface.

Desktop steps:
Settings>Web sharing>Edit client settings>Server settings Edit>Export view data

Server steps:
From the Omniscope Web Server Services screen>Config>Permissions>Default Folder Config> Anonymous permissions>Export view data

This option will enable all recipients to export data from their browser. If you wish to customise this further and enable it only for certain groups of users, please create Groups settings (as per image).

Inside an ILF file, we load an IOK file. The IOK file contains table views and pivot table views.

We can copy to Excel from the Pivot View, but from the Table View, this is not possible.

What are we doing wrong? Just a setting perhaps?

The issue that I'm running into is when summing my "total session duration" date field. The HH:mm:ss format works up until the hour parameter hits 24 (as the setting for HH is a 24-hour clock). Is there a way to get around this 24-hour restriction? Should I be using a different format?

Also, when doing a weighted average in the Bar View, after stacking the bars, the figure displayed at the top of the bars are the sum of the stacking buckets. How can I make the figures on top of the bars to display an overall weighted average?
