Would also like to be able to cycle through the countries (or selected countries) set up as a filter.
In an ideal world would be great to be able to set the rules to cycle both.
Couldn't find much in the way of guidance in the knowledge base to decide if this was possible (and I couldn't make it work) or whether this is not yet possible (and therefore an idea).

One of our data sources is kept as serialized data from php serialize() function.
The data is in the following format:
a:3:{i:0;s:2:"74";i:1;s:3:"185";i:2;s:3:"151";} --> total data is 3 contains 74, 185, 151
a:2:{i:0;s:3:"120";i:1;s:3:"119";} --> total data is 2 contains 120, 119
The number of info in this format is vary from 1 - 200.
I would like to get the data in easier format to manage. So I could use de-tokenize function to organize data. Do we have any function to manage this format of data? Thank you.]]>
However, in the log it is hard to match end of job details to the jobs they refer to. For example the log might show something like:

To match the details with the xml file run we need to know what is inside the xml and hence we can't automatically analyse the log and derive the running times for reports. Could the xml file name be added to the detail line? For example:

I recently downloaded version 2.8 Beta of Omniscope and there's a white box that appears on the left side of my charts. Whenever I click on it, it just re-arranges my charts on the right.
How can I get rid of this box and only show my 5 charts?]]>

About one week ago we started to schedule automatic refresh of our .iok files using the Scheduler as windows service.
This morning it is the second time that after scheduling we find DataManager completely empty (as reported in the attached document). It happens only with one file (the one reported in the attached document).
Sincerely, the first time (few days ago) I though I've cancelled everything by mistake .... but after today I do not think so anymore.
From the generated log file it's possible to see that between opening and saving of this file no refresh is reported.

We had the same problem running Omniscope and we solved it adding the following line in the installconfig.properties file:
ADDITIONAL_JVM_ARGS=-Dvisokio.disableCustomProxySelector=true -DenableProxyDebug=true -Dvisokio.disableSystemProxies=true
Later we also tried to restart the Scheduler Windows service but nothing changed.
How to solve it? Do we also have to add this line to some scheduler configuration file?

In the attached example:
x-axis shows agencies codes and y-axis shows the total amount managed by each agency.
Instead of showing each single agency code I'd like to see agencies as a progressive % on the total number agencies currently selected by filters (so, for example, it's possible to say that 20% of agencies have 80% of contracts).
How is it possible to obtain this?

One of our customer is having trouble when trying to connect Visokio to our FTP Server. He says his firewall and proxy is correctly configured and every other program tested can connect correctly except Visokio.
This is his message:
I’ve tried connecting to the FTP site using filezilla and it works fine so I think it is something to do with the setup of the program. Can you pass this on to Visokio support? I am seeing the following in the firewall logs:

It would be need that on text search fields (in reports, fields such as "Search all", i've attached a screenshot) to allow disable the auto-search, and only execute the search when the user click on "enter". May also be necessary to allow cancel a search in progress, which in big subsets of data may take a long time.
