We are in the process of upgrading our server from 2.7 to 2.8. One thing we noticed is that with all reports previously produced in 2.7 we have "Layered by Measures" hidden to "Never" show. Example 1 below.
After you open the same report in 2.8 it unhides this and you can see "Layered By Measures" on every chart in every report. Can you please look into this, I can't modify our 100 producton reports by clicking on "Never" show on each chart of all reports to migrate. Please advise why this is turning on and how I can resolve this problem.

I would like to know if it is possible to install Visokio Scheduler on a Linux Server (without graphical interface) in order to have more CPU power for iok publishing.
Let me explain our situation:
- We have Omniscope Server Plus installed on a Windows server, with only 7.5GB of RAM.
- For some (very) big iok files the publishing task fails because of RAM limitation
- My idea is to use a bigger Linux server that would be in charge of iok publishing, but ideally the Scheduler would remain on the windows server, for ease of use.
Is it possible to do something like this? I am asking because Linux servers are much cheaper than windows, but I don't want to migrate the whole installation on Linux, just to use its CPU power.

]]>In Omniscope, on the tabs the graphs are correct. Also, if from Omniscope Command menu I go File > Export to PDF, the exported PDF is the same as the Omniscope tabs (which is correct).
However, if I go to DataManager and add an Output to PDF block to the data flow after the blue "Omniscope" block, the PDF result is incorrect and it appears like the results are being summed rather than using the "Formulae" result.
Version 2.8 build 978 ....Please could you advise

I'm using map view to visualise some airline itineraries. For example, a flight itinerary of MEL-DXB-LHR will draw a line from Melbourne to Dubai to London. Attached is a (very small) subset of the data so that you can see what I'm talking about.
This works great, but we're having an issue with trans-pacific flights - e.g. Auckland-Santiago, Sydney-Los Angeles etc. Because of the way that the map view is structured, the connecting lines do not cross the pacific but instead go the long way around over Asia/Africa/Europe. This is very poor visually as it further clutters those areas of the map, and is also somewhat of a misrepresentation of the routes themselves. I've also tried this with a few different maps (both 'online' and 'offline' worlds) but no luck.
So my question is this: is there a way to 'wrap' the map view so that you can run connectors across the Pacific?

Is there a way to expand out the attached xml information if the API request is not an original connection? I have created multiple dynamic links which is derived from one API request which fetches a set of images id and then creates 10+ new API requests specifically querying information for each ID. I am able to retrieve the xml output for each link but now have to process out these xml objects' information. Is it possible to expand these out using scripts or to create an expand xml operation block to do it within Omniscope?
I've also encountered similar issues with JSON data formats and haven't really figured out the best way to deal with these types of data. The discussion on scripting and php deserialization is along the same lines but the example Omniscope file doesn't seem to be working:

Is there the ability to automatically save an imported data snapshot or timeslice files with today's date as a suffix?
So I could in the Scheduler, have it save each snapshot/timestamp as 'filename_ and it would save the output as 'Filename_130613.iok'?

i have had the message that action cannot be completed because not enough disk space from Scheduler
Will this be because 5GB is not enough or 55GB is not enough (memory in use by javaw.exe was just over 50GB just before i got the message).
My question is essentially can we increase the D drive or add more hard drive space internally for visokio to use or does it need to be on the C drive?

If we try to open one of these files in a DataManager, there doesn't appear to be a way of doing it, without renaming the file to something like smith001.txt
Is there a way to EITHER open the files with their current names, OR do something to rename all of the files first?
