I am connecting to a oracle database through the omniscope data manager using the database table block

When omniscope reads in data from oracle it seems to read the records in batches of 10 (I.e the number of records in the data block increase by 10)

When i connect to the same oracle database through Oracle SQL developer it reads in 1000 records at a time

In essence is there any setting in omniscope to allow the oracle block to read in more records then 10 each time ?

I am trying to set up an Google Analytics report. Therefor I use the Google Analytics Feed block in Datamanager.
After succesfully setting up a billing account, I get the following error when connecting.

400. That’s an error.

I'm using two Sizmek feeds to pull in impression data.

The data that's being pull is correct but the names keep changing. Omniscope is removing spaces from some placement names, campaign names and agency names. I noticed in agency name because I'm only pulling two but the output has shown there is 4.

I'm just using the two feeds and an append so nothing in the process should be changing this.

Has anyone had this problem?

After passing to this OS all the PDF produced and exported by Omniscope are not visible anymore when using Apple internal PDF visualizer, that is the standard used here.
PDF were perfectly visible on previous version of iOS (9.x) and can still be opened in Acrobat Reader also on iOS 10.

Do you have some ideas about this issue?

I attach a print of the PDF export settings and an example of the PDF that cannot be opened any more.

We have updated the DoubleClick connector in DataManager to use the latest version of the DoubleClick API (2.6). This is now available in the latest 2.9 release (b1837):

If you use the DoubleClick connector you should update immediately, as the old API is being deprecated by DoubleClick on the 31st August.

I have a week field - which was duplicated from a standard date field and works fine. But our payroll team work on a back week so they wish the filter to be the current displayed week minus 1 week. So Omniscope is correctly stating week 34 - but my team need it to show week 33. I'm trying to access the Flash Talking Connector but every time I try to connect I get this error: "va6l: script_error".

The message states: "An unknown error occurred. va6l: script_error This may be a fault with Omniscope, or an unanticipated external error. Please submit an error report.".

A formula field (Stack by) then links their selection to the Y axis. It is working well with one slight snag - the ordering of the options in the selected field is coming out alphabetically and not as in the original field. It does not appear possible to change this.

I am aware that this option exists but what the clients really want is aggregated data in a format similar to a pivot table.

When I export from the pivot table to excel I get aggregated data but cannot restrict which fields are exported.
This results in unneccessary fields, which are often meaningless as they contain "no value" as there is no unique single answer due to aggregation.
This is not very intuitive for our clients.

Ideally I would like to be able to reproduce a pivot table view in an excel table.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

This is all done using for loops which aren't quick and results in the content view taking about 7000ms on a fast machine to load and on slow machines, Omniscope times out and the execution doesn't complete so the content view is blank.

I am not sure how to use the RANK function to do this (if indeed it can) as the docs are a little confusing and there aren't many decent examples. I would like to keep the calculation in the content view if possible.

I've been an Omniscope user for some 5+ years now (even have this nifty little "expert" title) and offer a lot of experience in using the tool as well as rounded analysis and visualisation skills. Area-wise I've worked analysing retail location for the UK (good with postcode type data) and more recently with digital media data and quite familiar with many of the API connectors in Omniscope (DoubleClick, Flashtalking & Sizmek). However I'm a quick study and adapt as well as Omniscope does to any type of data giving a little time to explore it. Ideally I am looking for London-based work.

We are using the PDF batch output on a daily basis. The PDF files that we generate are rather large. (Up to 30 MB)
As we aim to email these files, we are encountering problems with the maximum size of attachments.

What can we do to reduce the size of the files? I have the image quality already reasonably low (value=2).
